George Strait
George Harvey Strait (Poteet, Texas, 18 de Mayo de 1952), norteamericano, cantante de música country. En consonancia con la RIAA, es el artista que más recibió discos de oro en el género country, y actualmente está empatado con Frank Sinatra, en el octavo lugar entre los artistas que más recibieron discos de oro contando todos los géneros musicales. Strait recibió 16 premios CMA. Strait también es considerado el "Rey del Country"; y algunos críticos lo consideran una leyenda viva. El texano es adorado por millones de fans por el mundo por su estilo honky tonk suave, y su tradicional country western.
