Cooleyhighharmony es el álbum debut del grupo estadounidense de R&B Boyz II Men, publicado originalmente en los Estados Unidos por Motown Records el 30 de abril de 1991.
El álbum fue escrito principalmente por los miembros de Boyz II Men Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris y Shawn Stockman y fue producido extensivamente por Dallas Austin. El nombre del mismo es un homenaje a una escuela secundaria real en Chicago: Cooley Vocational High School.
