R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece es el séptimo álbum de estudio del rapero estadounidense Snoop Dogg. Fue lanzado el 16 de noviembre de 2004 por Doggystyle Records, haciendo su primer lanzamiento en Star Trak Entertainment y Geffen Records. Las sesiones de grabación tuvieron lugar de 2003 a 2004, en varios estudios de grabación. La producción del álbum fue manejada por The Neptunes, The Alchemist, Lil Jon, Hi-Tek, Warryn Campbell y LT Hutton, entre otros.
El disco debutó en el número seis en el US Billboard 200, vendiendo 225,000 copias en su primera semana. Tras su lanzamiento, R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece recibió en general críticas positivas de críticos de música.
