Right or Wrong encabezó la lista de álbumes de los mejores álbumes country del Billboard (Norteamérica), y alcanzó el puesto número 163 en la lista de álbumes del Billboard 200. Los singles "You Look So Good in Love" (que fue la primera canción de Strait en tener un video musical ), "Right or Wrong" y "Let's Fall to Pieces Together" encabezaron la lista de Hot Country Singles.
