Stardust: the Great American Songbook 3 es un álbum de estudio del cantante británico Rod Stewart, lanzado el 12 de octubre de 2004 por el sello J Records. Además es el tercer volumen de The Great American Songbook. La producción quedó a cargo de Clive Davis, Richard Perry, Steve Tyrell y Lauren Wild, mientras que Jeri Heiden y John Heiden de la dirección artística. Se posicionó mejor que sus dos discos anteriores It Had to Be You: the Great American Songbook (2002) y As Time Goes By: The Great American Songbook, Volume II (2003), al alcanzar el primer lugar en las listas Billboard 200, Top Canadian Albums y Top Internet Albums.
